Absolutely without a doubt the best. Unlike, John Moore, Who wouldn t give a quote, Magnolia quoted $189.00 to inspect, seal outdoor entries and set traps. They will come back in 10 days to check up on their catch. Also, along with that price, they give a 90 day warranty against ANY other pest items, such as Ants, cockroaches etc. INSIDE OR OUTSIDE!! If a company won t quote you over the phone, don t hire them. They will try and UPSELL you when they arrive.

Jean was very patient & thorough in his evaluation of our pest issue. He took the time to educate us on why we had carpenter ants and how they live. This helped us make an informed decision with him on a treatment plan. He was friendly and professional. The customer service was excellent. I do feel that it is too expensive to use regularly but the quality of the service is great and within 30 days of exterminating if there are any issues they come back and take care of it without additional cost. Thank you!

We've been looking for a pest control company and used two other companies before contacting Magnolia Pest Solutions. It's only been a few weeks, but so far everything has been good. We haven't seen any spiders in our house sense they came and sprayed.

As small business owners ourselves, we constatntly seek other small businesses within the community to patronize. Stephen was on time, knowledgeable,and personable. He explained his methods, and did a thorough job both inside and out. The services were a bit costlier than ones we've had in the past, but by the witnessing the ongoing demise of countless insects as we stood in the back yard, I'd say it was money well spent.
