We are extremely happy with the work from Magnolia Turf Co and our main contact Weston. We had been thinking of turf for a long time, and spoke with many businesses over the last two years and were pleased with our final choice of Magnolia and the turf products they offered. The group came out when they said they would, and were polite, not to loud, and did a really good job of cleaning up the job site and ensuring all of our outside items were taken care. they moved a playground set twice and a large trampoline, and were very careful with those. They also did a great job for the leveling and the border. As a bonus, I had complained about some stone that was worn from the previous two winter storms, and Magnolia fixed that up for me with some mortar free of charge. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with David and the team at Magnolia Turf! David promptly responded to my request for a quote and were able to meet me at a time that worked for me. After comparing quotes, I decided to go with Magnolia based on the price for the quality of turf that I had installed. The other company was cheaper (by maybe $150, so not too much cheaper), but the competitor's turf just didn't feel the same and it would have been twice as expensive to get the same quality product that Magnolia offered! After accepting their quote, David booked me about four weeks out since they had other projects going on (it would have been a very bad sign if he said he could start tomorrow!). A week later, he called me to say that one of the big project was delayed so he was able to do my two-day project that week! In a hurry to get some grass in my backyard (more accurately, a mud pit) after my dog tore the St. Augustine to shreds, I immediately told him the new timeline would work. His crew arrive right on time the first day of the project and David was right there with them to make sure that everything started off as it should. Along the way, we ran into an issue with my plumbing system which had a crack in the pipe, but the crew was able to fit the issue and keep the project moving along on schedule. The installation crew could not have been kinder, more professional or have done a better job. My lawn looks absolutely amazing now and our dog like it more than my wife and I do! Thank you David and Magnolia for all of your hard work you put into our new beautiful lawn. The work was done on time, at a very reasonable price and everyone from the company and the crew was kind and professional. Would certainly recommend Magnolia to my close friends and family!

Fantastic experience, 10/10. Once I called, Nathan came by to check out what I wanted done, and he quickly set a date and a quote. Later he calls me and says we can move it up, so I moved up the install date. The guys were professional, polite, and perfectionists. They treated it like it was their own home. Once they pack up and finish, they are heading out my front door and stumble across a single bag of sand that they forgot to use. Instead of just ignoring this small mistake and leaving, they immediately without question pick it up go back up to my 3rd floor balcony and finish laying the sand on top of my turf. 10/10 for any turf install you could want, especially if you want quality.

The company fulfilled all of their promises & commitments. We would do business with them again. Our large dog & we have enjoyed the synthetic grass.
