Treatment lasted 1.5-2.0 months instead of 3 months. Costs more than other pest control which is cheaper and better quality.

Mr. Boston was recommended by a friend who said that he did great work and I would be in "great hands". Although I called him on short notice, he was able to come over. He could see the panic on my face and reassured me that the termites would be taken care of. After walking me through the process, Mr. Boston went to work, that was 6 months ago. I highly recommend Magnum Pest Control to anyone who needs any kind of pest control.

Mr. Boston of Magnum Pest Control is very professional. He took the time to formulate a plan that would work for my situation and he made sure to go over every detail of all services that he would be providing. He was up front with all costs and there were no hidden fees that were tacked on after he had completed services. His work was done in a timely manner but also every efficient. I had no complaints at all!! I would definitely recommend Magnum Pest Control to any and everyone that needs pest control services!!!!!

He did not guarantee his work. The ants returned and he wanted another $140 to maybe solve the problem. Very unsatisfactory.

"An unsatisfied client is never a good thing. I did in fact come back a second time free charge and every ant we saw was dead. Upon inspecting the crawlspace, I identified a significant AC leak, which can contribute to mold, Insects and compromise any pest treatment. I recommended to call an HVAC professional since fixing a leaking AC is out of the scope of pest control. I am confident you will see better results once this is fixed."

Mitch is WONDERFUL! Excellent service, on time, and so far roaches have been on the decline. He even gave us tips on where we should close off spaces for when winter comes and rats are looking for a home. Definitely going to be using quarterly.
