Magnum Remodeling, LLC

We hired Elvis to do our kitchen remodeling after pipes busted ! The pricing was great and Elvis was very knowledgeable! It took a few weeks for the project to get started! The first day the workers came in and demolished my entire kitchen, ceilings, walls, floors and everything! We had a few dayâ s where they couldnâ t come and I started to read reviews and WOW all of the sudden I see bad ones posted after I hired him ! I felt a little concerned and called Elvis ! He came right over and assured us that these claims was false and maybe a past worker that is not happy! Elvis and his crew is professional and do incredible work ! He is well known in the area and has been working in the area for many years and has had no issues with anyone! The project is almost completed and I can honestly say that I recommend them to anyone! Will update my review when completed! Note: his family also works with him on his crew and do excellent work!

I hired Mr. De Leon from Magnum Homes, to build a house for my daughter. The entire process was a stressful and horrible event in her life. He is unreliable, a deceitful lier and a thief! We filled a small claims court claim for breach of contract.

Don t hire this guy!!! He is the definition of a nightmare contractor. When his crew is working they do low quality work, most of the time he is just sitting on your money and doing nothing, not even responding to your requests. He didn t even apply for a permit for my project as promised. If Home Advisors resolution plan doesn t work we will be in court.

I cannot rate this companies work because he did not do the job. Mr. Deleon appears to be a very nice man. However everything that he was told he has been a lie

Every time they call and say they are coming the don;t come. No professionalism for time.

Elvis and his entire team did a great job throughout our home. They were on time, delivered excellent results, at a competitive price. I will recommend magnum remodeling to everyone I speak with. They even did some tile and toilet installation for us. All top notch work.

I hired this company to construct a concrete patio and patio cover for my home. Initially, Elvis communicated well and was attentive. However, after he took my deposit on December 2nd, he never initiated any communications with me. Construction was to begin in January, but I never heard from Elvis. For over a month, I had to reach out to Elvis each week for an update on the plans or construction start date, and each time he would promise to have plans for me in the next day or two of me contacting him. However, I was never provided any plans, materials, or labor for my deposit. I am in the process of filing a small claims case against this company for breach of contract.

Hired them in early November to do a room addition and 1.5 baths. It is mid-March, and all we have is a slab and wooden beams that have been exposed to the weather since before Christmas. We want our job completed because we know they can do good work, but communication and their timeline have been horrible.

Had a hard time getting the him to get this work certified so I could insure it. Had to hire my own engineer to get this done which added to my expense.

Trustworthy... do what they say (quickly and neatly) ... awesome people. Look forward to future projects.

He fails to communicate when needed to get proper documentation when done, I am needing the WPI8 form for Texas Windstorm damage to submit to my insurance company.

Very professional

They are so profesional and the quality is excellent! I m really impressed with my new addition and will definitely used them for future projects.

I have a pending small claims court lawsuit with this company they did a horrible job and never came back to repair it I called and called and called and no. Answser. My patio has six orange stripes on it. I had to hire another company to repair the damage and I pay them a lot of money. Donâ  t do it

Elvis is a nice guy but the people he has working for him do not so good work. We had front columns put in and one was crooked, he promised he would correct it and never did, but before that, we had hired him for inside work as well. The guys he hired never completed the job and I have not heard from him in a few weeks. Left multiple messages. I believe his company focuses on building houses but if his guys do this kind of work on small jobs, hate to see how the house ends up. I would not recommend them.

Magnum built a covered patio for us, showed Elvis a photo of what we wanted and he delivered exactly what we wanted. Finished project early and on budget. Very professional to deal with. I would use again and recommend.

For a complex job, building a covered patio with brick columns and wall they did an outstanding job.

These people are not Professionals in my opinion, judging by the work preformed at my house. They were never on time. A 2-day job, turned into a three-week job, which is still not completed. The man in charge never told the truth. H e keeps saying after many text messages, I will call you, let you know what time the welder will come. He has not finished the job, he has not called. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I do not plan to use Home Advisor ever again.

I had fast response from this co. The owner return my calls in a timely manner. I was please with the crews that did the work. Overall I was pleased with the enclosure they did a outstanding job. I also had a wall to wall bookshel made by them that I am please with. I am thinking about a remodeling job in a rental house with this co. Thank you, Nyles G

They were quick in responding to request and quick in performing the job for me. They were also very knowledgeable on what needed to be done in order to make it look professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Was extremely slow. Would promise workers would show but then it would never happen. Many times would not return calls.

Outstanding customer service, responded quickly to areas of concern and followed up.
