I recently moved back to the area and needed some work done around the house. I hired Dan to replace some fencing as the first project and it turned out great! He did great at keeping me informed and I will definitely reach out to him again for future work.

I was pleased with their work. The only problem I had would be the chain on my bedroom ceiling fan isn't working properly and my TV cord is too short to connect the DVR box. I really liked that they are good family men and love the Lord! They get kudos points for that!

I strongly agree with other reviewers. Dan and his team are great. Personable and very professional. I've used Maguire Services for a number of projects and I'm always pleased with their work. Quick and efficient, quality job each time.

Dan Maguire charged $915 to paint and *seal* my driveway and claiming he would be using a *very expensive sealer* which took him all of 10 minutes to spray over one coat of paint over the two previous coats of paint... Later the paint started to peel off but he *could not see anything wrong* or the cement spots appearing through the coats of paint. He made no effort to redo the driveway painting/sealing again because he could not see all the cement spots showing through the paints.

Dan Maguire is very professional, pays attention to details and provides an excellent service. He power washes my home with the pool and smaller buildings on the property included. I create a list for him of projects that need his attention and he gets everything done in a timely manner and nicely done. I highly recommend him for his Handyman services.

Maguire Services performed every phase of replacing our lanai floor as promised, on time and on budget. Since the floor had termite damage, they worked around a pest control treatment and priced options for us. They were pleasant, professional, thorough and cleaned up after completion, including carpet placement and furniture moving. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again. Great service!

This was a bad experience
Response from Maguire Services
"Customer filed for charge back. Credit card company sided with me. I agree "this was a bad experience" Things started off great and the project was moving along great then the customer seemed to go off the rails. My ratings and reviews speak for themselves. I bend over backwards to satisfy my customers but I guess some just can not be satisfied."

Hired to "fix" tenant kitchen - replace counter top & install new faucet. They were on-time & even though the project took longer than expected , it stayed close to the estimate. They even took my tenant's dog for a walk.

Very professional and easy to work with. Everything I asked for was done well, and, ,all was cleaned up afterwards. They did the finishing work on frames and walls after I had doors replaced and power washed the house. I would recommend working with them. Dan Maguire runs the business.
