Josh and team responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled install, showed up on time and did an amazing job. Will definitely use again!

Installed a new Nest camera and flood light system at our home. We paid Josh in full. Then, the next day, our doorbell stopped working and Josh came out a couple days later and dismantled the doorbell and tried to fix it. He said that he would get a wireless doorbell (since he did not want to have to deal with the wires) and he would need to replace the transformer. Unfortunately, Josh couldn't figure how to fix it and now he's ghosting us. Called and texted Josh all last week and have not heard back from. Have to hire another electrician with Nest experience to fix the Nest Doorbell (it is off line), get a new transformer and find another doorbell so we know when someone is at our front door. Josh once told me that if he cannot fix something or he doesn't want to do a job, he will ghost a client. Do not recommend him.

Josh did not complete the job correctly, and now he is ghosting my husband and I. We cannot use our doorbell - it took it apart to see if he could fix it and sink it up to the new Nest system and never came back. He said there is a wire issue. He is an electrician and that should be something that he can fix or find a solution. He has ignored my calls and text messages - he calls it ghosting. He has been paid in full since we trusted him. He has done other work at our home and I have recommended him. We are interviewing other reputable electricians and hoping we can use our doorbell again. Don't recommend this guy.

Josh came by and inspected the work needed down. He set up an appointment for the next week. He showed up on time. Josh did an excellent job in the time frame and amount he quoted. I have Josh lined up for several more projects in the future. Clean, polite.

Customer service was great and he arrived within 2 1/2 hrs of initial contact. Very polite and provided answers to all my questions! Will use in the future and recommend to others! Thank You Josh!

Josh is wonderful! We started by having him doing a couple of electrical things then since it was so good we decided to use him as our full time electrician we need work!

We sub a lot of our residential work to Alex. We always here back from customers what a wonderful job he has done. Alex is very reasonable. If there is ever an issue, he is always reliable to show.
