Updated review, after using this service for over a year I am extremely disappointed. I could not get responses back to my texts, they showed up without me knowing so I had to run home and make arrangements for my dog. They locked my cats out of their litter box on 3 occasions, showed up late so I couldn t go inside after work, and this most recent time, they were a no call no show. I ve given them WAY too many chances and will now be forced to move on from using their services.

They did an absolutely outstanding job in every way!

1.5 years ago I paid another more "established" agency to do a move-out service and I had to do additional clean up after that service. Maria and her crew were accommodating with the time change in the appointment. When they arrived they immediately started with a verve! Nothing was left untouched and the cleaning was quite thorough. I imagine that I'll be receiving my entire deposit back. Thanks Maid 2 Clean!

Knew what to do and did itt well.

As far as customer service...I am referring to having to leave a message and wait quite some time for a response. We played phone tag for the whole previous day and evening. Did a great job of cleaning but arrived 1 1/2 hours late because their GPS sent them in circles, then they ran out of gas. They did not call me during that hour and a half because they were using the phone for the GPS. I got a call from them 6 minutes before they arrived. I will probably use them again, on a monthly basis, cuz they should know how to get here now and they did a pretty good job!

Excellent service , would recommend my yard never looked better very reasonable pricing.

I'm a janitor by trade in which I do 6 days a week and im to beat to clean wjen I'm at home. I did some looking around online to see what I could get and I am very impressed with the job that was done for what it cost. There was a free in home estimation and my place was cleaned immaculate two days after. I will definitely hire this wonderful company again.

They came and completely scoured my house from top to bottom!!! They were organized, efficient and quick.

They were extremely quite and worked quickly. Maria call me about a minute after I left the email which was very impressive. I would recommend them to my friends and will call them again in the future.

Too busy with business ...get real.

The 3 housekeepers were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned everything as requested and did a great job. The fees were very reasonable compared with some other cleaning agencies. I have scheduled them to return again in a few weeks. Thanks. Jill

I believe I had asked for a deep cleaning of a condo that had just been vacated. While the cleaners did a great job cleaning the surface items, they missed some of the drawers and closet shelves and other miscellaneous areas that also needed cleaning.

Overall, a good job. The supervisor came out to check on progress. We are having them back every two weeks.
