They did an excellent job in cleaning my home.

Having been an executive where customer service and excellence comes first, backed with integrity and a set of values, I am dumbfounded at the last of professionalism from this company. Very kind and accommodating on the phone, and my first service of a complete clean was very positive. However, after a full cleaning, I contracted for first floor & Deluxe which included floors and dusting. No dusting was completed because their instructions were wrong. Yet, no change in the charge. After spending time with them to review what they were to do, the next cleaning was even worse, having a new cleaner who was in training. I spent nearly two hours cleaning what they were paid to do. We decided to part ways. HOWEVER, I was again charged the full price. When asking for a refund, they were unprofessional. And frankly, I should not have even had to ask for one. Ones word and value system means everything. The owner needs leadership training to know how to deliver a consistent experience for all of the companys clients. Beware.

I truly enjoy having my house cleaned by Maid 4 Time. I gave a 4 on value because this is the first company hired so I donâ  t know how they compare.

The amount of cleaning that was executed by the two ladies who came to the house was incredible. The value it provided for me and my wife was incredible as it gave us time to do the things we wanted to accomplish and not have to be concerned over this task. Customer service was great as well as all my questions were addressed promptly and succinctly. I look forward to the next time as I have signed up for the premium service 2x per month based on thses results I am sure I will not be dissatisfied. Thanks A & B !!!

Nice job on a hard to clean laminate, but a couple simple tile stains in main walking areas were still there and the mirror was only cleaned as far as they could reach--top 6" still dirty. Overall satisfied, but not impressed.

They ruined my furniture they left water stains all over it.

Made a deal for a full cleaning, explaining the number of rooms and bathrooms. The cleaner was here on time. She didn't ask me any questions. During the cleaning, I noticed her sort of sweeping the carpet with her hands and she said that her vac wouldn't pick up the dog hair. I let her use our vac. At exactly the end of the agreed-upon time, she told me she had to leave. I wrote a check to take back to the company. On inspection I found: she had not wiped down the kitchen or bathroom cabinet fronts; the kitchen counters still had grime behind the items on the counter; apart from the stairs, the entire house needed to be re-vacuumed; the entire upstairs needed to be dusted; the windows had not been touched. After a some days, I sent the company head a letter explaining that the cleaning had not actually been done for a large portion of the house. I also stated that the time period allotted couldn't be enough time to perform the tasks. I explained some of what had not been done. I never heard from the company after that except that they are still sending me ads.
