The Customer Service and communication is lacking. I paid for 4 hour deep cleaning. The 2 housekeeperâ s did a great job on what they were able to clean but ran out of time and wanted me to pay for extra time to complete the job. My primary floor was not completed, the oven I paid extra to have cleaned was not. Their poor time management and poor communication caused them to spend too much time on low priority cleaning. The owner of the company was defensive and not helpful in addressing my issues. $440 is a lot for one floor of cleaning. If you use them - micromanage their activities and time otherwise you will get an incomplete job. Expect poor customer service if you do have a problem.
