In 1984, Maid Brigade launched its base of operations in response to the growing needs of busy, working American women. The first franchise offices were located in Atlanta, GA. Since then Maid Brigade has grown to service 30 states, and has offices in Ireland, Singapore, Canada & Egypt. Through the years, Maid Brigade has continuously developed extensive training programs for every one of our franchise owners, allowing them to deliver the best possible service in keeping Americas homes clean. Crew was 2 hours late which forced me to take the whole day off my job rather than the 1/2 day I had planned for. The cleaning of the bathrooms'(2) fixtures and floors was excellent but I had also specified I wanted the walls washed in prep for painting. Walls were dusted but not actually washed even though I had specifically discussed this with the Owner at scheduling. I had expected it to take 2 hours but they got done what they did in 1 so I consider it a fair cost/value deal but would have been willing to pay another hour fee to get the walls washed too.I couldn't seem to explain this so they understood (language barrier).
