Maid Brigade of Southwest Florida

I was extremely disappointed in the service l received from Maid Brigade in Tampa FL . I strongly encourage you to choose a different company. First let me say the 2 woman who came to clean my house seemed to be nice enough people. Unfortunately the one woman could not, speak, understand or read English so the list l created was useless to her and she seemed to need constant direction. So the one woman spent a lot of her time directing the other woman and translating my list and instructions . I had specifically asked to pay them by the hour so they would not be in a rush, in hopes that they would take their time to do a more thorough job. I agreed to pay them EACH $50 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours, at that rate l certainly had expected they would have been formally trained on the do s and do not of proper cleaning and would be equally qualified. So of course I was shocked to see them shaking my bathroom area rugs right over my toothbrush, make up and towels. Long story short my house was no cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Worst of all my sliding glass doors were actually even worse than when they arrived and I had to replace our toothbrushes and all my makeup. When l tried to contact the office to discuss my dissatisfaction they never returned my phone call but they did charge my card and obviously have no interest in improving my experience or creating a positive experience for any other customers. They simply do ;t care about their customers.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my house, the customer service was wonderful. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend their service.

Jenny(owner) dropped by our house to discuss what services her company offered. This game my wife peace of mind what they were going to clean and a guaranteed price. The cleaners show up on time and when they were finished the house sparkled and smelled fresh. I would highly recommend Maid Brigade of Southwest Florida for a job well done. L Salter

I've only had one deep cleaning with them but I am pleased and will have them return every 2 weeks.

The owner of the company is very nice easy to deal with and she accommodated my schedule. The team did very good job everywhere except for mopping the floor was not good needs improvement. I recommend them and will hire them again.

They were very cooperative, they met my schedule, and the quality of the cleaning was excellent.
