Maid Brigade of Suffolk

I notified Maid Brigade before my scheduled biweekly cleaning that my children were sick ? purely to protect their staff, not to cancel. I even said I would be happy to cancel if they agreed not to charge me. They refused that option and said I would still be charged. So I made it clear that if they were charging me, the team should come as scheduled. I repeatedly explained that I was willing and able to have cleaners come. Despite this, Maid Brigade unilaterally refused to come, then attempted to charge me the much higher monthly rate of $330+tax instead of my contracted biweekly rate of $220+tax, claiming the four-week gap was my fault ? even though they themselves caused it by refusing to provide service. Their only ?solution? was to offer a cleaning on 1/6 (a date I specifically said I cannot do) and then require another cleaning on 1/12 ? just six days later ? in order to restore the biweekly rate. This would force me into paying for two unnecessary cleanings in a single week,

They are punctual and professional. I always know they will show up rain/snow.

I'm so happy to have Maid Brigade do my cleaning for me. I have health issues and cannot do it myself. The girls are very nice and friendly. They leave my house looking and smelling wonderful.

Showed up late, Brought 3 girls to clean instead of the 2 as specified, ran additional time to complete work. We had used a one woman cleaning service who performed the cleaning in 3 hours alone. Perhaps she was magnificent. We'll see how they do next service in 2 weeks

They not only took 2 hours to complete the small job, but the bed was not vaccummed under nor was a small chair. and the shower stall was barely cleaned. So not only did it cost over 100 for two people but I had to clean the place again. I would not recommend this comapny to anyone.

The office staff and the staff who came to clean were excellent, both in their interactions with me and in the job done.

They were later by 2 hours, but the cleaning was well done.

They did a decent job with the deep cleaning we required due to construction in our home. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for regular cleanings.
