I own a lake house on Lake Eufaula that I rent out as a short term weekend rental. Beckey has now cleaned for me a total of 6 times. From the start communication has been very easy. Beckey is very responsive to any text or call I have sent her way. She always responds within an hour or less when I have reached out to her. There have been cleanings with little notice and she was there to take care of us. I plan to continue using her company long term and have been very impressed with the service level I have received from their team. The place is always cleaned well and everything from cleaning to billing has met or exceeded my expectations. Cleaning our lake house could get stressful in the past when we handled it, but since hiring Beckey it couldn't be easier. I would highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a cleaning company!
