Very professional. Always on time. Work is high quality. When I have a question or request, I get a personal response from Michelle. We have dogs and our floors are challenging, but they do a great job and it's nice to come home to a fresh clean house after they have been here.

Michelle and the girls at Maid in Katy are exceptional at what they do! They did a deep cleaning for me years ago right before I came out of the hospital. They cleaned up everything from ceiling fans to baseboards and not a spec of dust in sight! The showers and tubs were spotless! My floors were beautiful and everything smelled wonderful!It was so critical that I come home to a clean and dust free environment so that I would not relapse. That was two years ago and they have become an essential part of my Katy preferred small businesses. They currently come to clean my home bi-weekly and have many scheduling options available. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is outstanding! I always recommend them to anyone who asks for a cleaning service. Maid in Katy has been a part of our family for several years! They also do deep cleans on my mother's house a couple times a year. All of the ladies are SO nice and do such an amazing job! Michelle, the owner, is wonderful to work with and always flexible. We love the smell of the house when we get home on our cleaning day - lemongrass - and the floors are IMPECCABLE. We have dogs and cats, and it gets nasty with hair and footprints. After they leave, it is heaven. They also expertly handled a particularly nasty deep clean after our tenants moved out. I cannot say enough good things. Just do it. You will not be sorry!

We have been using Maid in Katy for over 2 years. Michelle sends a reminder e-mail when our service is coming up. They even leave a little notebook to communicate with your housekeeper. It's a nice touch even though I admit to not using it as often as I should. Our house always looks and smells lovely when we get home after a cleaning.

The overall cleaning was very good as it was a move out cleaning but would have liked a little more detail and oversight. They came back to do some of the areas that were not clean to my expectation with no cost. The crew was on time and did a good job.
