It is our constant pursuit of customer satisfaction that has enabled us to reach 100% customer satisfaction. I would like to add that we do not flat rate jobs, we charge by the hour for consistent cleaning time, that means we do not charge for breaks. We also allow an additional 15 minutes at no charge to go over your home with your as well as unload and load our equipment. When providing a rating, please rate our service on the quality for the amount of time you authorize us to clean. sometime people have a budget and I'm sorry if we cannot complete everything you would like us to complete in the amount of time you have authorized. I've worked with MaidOMatic for years. I introduced them to my mother and she had them in on a regular basis (and loved and trusted them). They provide great communication, great attention to detail, and they are flexible enough to deal with all my clutter, which is fabulous! I don't have to clean before they come! I've been through 5 local moves over the years I've worked with them, and they've helped with move-out cleaning each time. They are professional and friendly. They do my yard work, which has also been very successful. I can't recommend them enough, and the value is exceptional.

Maid O' Matic: unreliable, careless, late, inconsistent, unprofessional. Subpar cleaning, frequent missed spots, indifferent staff. Customer service lacking, difficulty with scheduling and resolving issues. Overall, not worth the hassle.

"Hi Orlando, I know this review is fake. It could be from a company called Dandy who makes people pay $300 a month to get bad reviews removed and they are usually the people who posted the bad review without using our services. I asked this company to leave me alone, but they won't and I have proof. (Pay or else???) But, they are in nother country. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ORLANDO So... Orlando, here is the offer, I refund every penny you spent at my company but you have to provide a receipt proving that you did business with us and with something that says your name is Orlando. Also, for public information, people can buy bad reviews for other companies and good reviews for their own, if they are dishonest and unscrupulous people or business owners! And, we aren't late because we allow plenty of time to arrive with our arrival window. smh"

"We will clean from ceiling to floor, as in depth and in as much detail as any customer would like, however, we do 'charge by the hour' for the service. The time we charge for is 'consistent cleaning time' completed by people who are very experienced in the field. If a customer authorizes a flat six hours for a job that would physically take 12 plus hours to complete, we aren't likely to complete a job as one might 'feel' we should have. We definitely try our best to do all that people want us to do in the amount of time they authorize us to work."

Well the only complain i have is the masterbed room bathroom shower was not exactly clean and one shielf was missed being dusted other then that evrything else was great kitchen was very very detailed thank you for your service on such a short notice and short amount of time thanks again

"NM water is very hard and although many shower stalls have glass that has been treated with a protective coating, we have still seen several with calcium deposits. We actually tried to remove water spots from a shower like this before and had to replace the entire shower due to the fact that although we followed prof cleaning guidelines, the plastic pad scratched the protective coating. Thank You for your review. :) Every once in a while they may be pulled to another area by another employee and miss something however we will make it a point to remind our supervisors to be more thorough when performing a final walk through."
