One Time Interior House Cleaning
Would like to have seen hardwood floors have a shine or at least a slight glow after cleaning, but they had kind of a haze over them even after cleaning. Otherwise, cleaning was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the floors were my priority.

The first people that came out I was not happy with at all. I was given a 2 hour window of when they would show up and they were an hour and 20 min. later than that and did an awful job cleaning. I contacted Maid Pro and Doug sent out 3 different people that did a great job. One was a supervisor that took pictures of all my complaints. Doug also stated he would be sending the 1st 2 people back to training. I am glad he will be giving them another chance. They (the good ones) have been out 2 more times and I have been quite happy with them.

Although they were a bit late, they came in and did the job we wanted and then some. They were very professional, and courteous. They listened to our specific needs and wants, and were very efficient in carrying them out. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The company does not seem suited for move in/move out jobs. They didn't clean obvious stuff like crumbs in the cupboards, mildew in the bathroom, mini blinds, etc. The owner quickly responded with a follow up visit but overall the service was not adequate. I emailed a list of unclean areas and walked through the home to point out problem areas. Yikes! this was time consuming and I still didn't get a clean house. And it was a costly job because I had to hire someone else to finish the job which delayed my new tenant.

The only complaint I have about them is that they need to move furniture and clean under it and not just around other than that I think they did an excellent job. That is the only reason i did not give them a five in overall.

My daughter and family wanted their home cleaned as a Christmas present and they just used the certificate they got this past Monday and a terrific job was done. I even checked above the door jams and medicine cabinets and there wasn't a speck of dust. My daughter and son-in-law both were impressed with the house cleaning and that it smelled fresh and clean when they arrived home.

They provided a professional pre-work estimate and I felt like they were quite qualified to do the job. I certainly was not disappointed! They were thorough, efficient and very good. I would use them again and definitely recommend their service. I used them for a rental move in/out service and even had them provide window washing at the same time. Excellent!!

My job was to clean up after an eviction. Most of the work discussed was not done. Work that was done was done poorly. I have had to clean/reclean the entire house. I definitely would not use MaidPro again.

Everyone who represented the company was knowledgable and friendly. They got my job done even with short notice on my part. We needed 2 houses cleaned (one for a move in and one for move out). The job was done well and the price was competitive with other cleaning services in the area. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service.

They have one person who cleans my house, they only assign two houses per day so they have plenty of time. There is a 45 pt checklist that the cleaner checks and leaves every time. This is the best cleaning service I've had.
