These guys are the PROs. They can look at a room, immediately determine a plan of action and execute the plan. They have the knowledge of what needs to be done and how to do it. If there is a question on how to approach a problem they refer to their supervisor who took the question to me. They had a crew of 5 or 6 people and they worked like a machine. They aren't cheap but they are worth the price.
