"There were 2 instances of damage/breakage in 11 cleanings here. We take great care to minimize breakage, but when accidents do happen, we take care of repair or replacement. In these 2 instances, a $150 cleaning credit was issued to cover repair of a small chip in the hardwood floor caused by a dropped vacuum attachment, and a $51.92 check was issued to cover replacing the broken plate. For the cleanings done here, we received 3 "exceptional" service feedback, and 1 "poor" service for some areas missed. We always offer to re-clean any areas missed at no charge, as it is a human service, and therefore have our 24 hour guarantee."
"We offer discounted rates for recurring schedules instead of our 1 time cleaning rates. We cover the fact that a 1 time cleaning is at a higher rate multiple times. Our sales center staff has it as part of their "checklist" to go over with customers. Then our local office has it as part of their "checklist" when confirming the schedule. It is also in writing in the policies/procedures that is sent to every client prior to the first cleaning. We do not require contracts...only that customers use our service more than 1 time to to get the discounted rates given for recurring/scheduled cleanings. Offered option for 1 more cleaning declined."
