Maid Pro is awesome! From the beginning it was a great experience. Tony contacted me directly to discuss what I was looking for. He was very forthcoming with information regarding insurance, PPE that's used, to their procedure if an employee is feeling ill. The reminder I received was also helpful. Mary and Sarai did a great job cleaning my house-that I've requested them to come back again! Jennifer called me afterwards to check in with me. Awesome customer service!

They Were Very professional and on time both worker wer great we will use them again

Everyone from the management to the staff were very professional. Mary was exceptionally good hope to keep her service Thank you again

Love the way my condo smelled after they serviced it!

Baleria & Daniel did a great job. They were very thorough, brought their own cleaning supplies. When they completed cleaning they went over a checklist with me! Excellent job! I m very happy I found Maid Pros!

Maidpro did a great job. My house looks great. Very professional.

Amazing service!! Thank you Jen!!

On time, within my budget, adjusted to fit my schedule, professional, and on top of that left the house clean. What else is there?

Me

Their professionalism is incredible. It was so nice to come home to a clean home. I especially appreciated the personal touch of their note left on my kitchen table. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Jen was so polite and flexible to work with. Wendy was an amazing cleaner. So glad I called them.

Thank you, MaidPro!!

Phenomenal service. They got me in last minute on Saturday. Really enjoyed working with Jen and her crew.

I only meant to do one star for value for money Two girls were there for about 11/2 hours didnt dust all the furniture didnt clean the bathtub kitchen sink with black marks left

My husband and I really like Tray- she is GREAT!

Loved working with Jen. She is flexible and easy to communicate with. When I moved to Albuquerque I switched over, but they were awesome when I lived there in Long Beach.

MaidPro did an excellent job at my house. The cleaner was professional and kind. She was very thorough with her job and showed me the 49 point checklist she had that indicated everything that was done. I would definitely recommend them. My house smells and looks clean. 5 stars all around.

They charged a higher price than quoted, did not have courtesy to communicate when told services were inadequate for price charged, did not comply with request to start services later because of others moving items back into house. Supposed to be an after construction cleaning, and did not live up to the services expected, would have charged more if they stayed longer to make corrections.
