The original cleaner that was to come to you had an emergency and failed to let the office know and this is why we were not able to communicate faster with you. She has been reprimanded for this. We do have a re-clean guarantee and would have definitely sent a different cleaner out free of charge to fix anything that was unsatisfactory with your first cleaning. Once again I sincerely apologize."
