The people who answered the phone and talked to me were professional, courteous, and prompt. However, the cleaning was mediocre. The cleaner left out a lot of details: corners, edges, etc. The job was a move-out cleaning. They were supposed to clean the inside of the cabinets and drawers. The cleaner did go through but with big, sloppy strokes. Not a thorough job.

DO NOT USE MAID PRO ItâÂÂs not the quality of the cleaners, itâÂÂs the horrible management that made this company awful to deal with. Here is a short list of issues that came up during the year or so we used them: SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IN THE âÂÂFILEâ They will tell you there is a âÂÂFileâ for your home, with any special instructions about your house/the clean. This is a LIE. If you donâÂÂt write a note to the cleaners each time, they will not know because despite the management telling you they âÂÂpass onâ the instructions and the cleaners look at this file, itâÂÂs just not true. WANT TO WRITE A NOTE? So you think, OK so theyâÂÂll never share the info in our file. ThatâÂÂs OK, IâÂÂll just write a note to the cleaners. Well, too bad. You canâÂÂt. None (or most) of the cleaners donâÂÂt read English, so communication must be done via the management team to the cleaners. And since the management WONâÂÂT help you, youâÂÂre screwed. BOOTIES? As an example, I asked please for the cleaners who came to our house to wear booties. This rarely happened. I would leave notes, that never worked. When I would come home and the cleaners would still be there, IâÂÂd ask âÂÂHi can you wear booties?â Sometimes they did. Sometimes they said they didnâÂÂt have booties. WTF? Sometimes they said they didnâÂÂt understand me. Again, I donâÂÂt blame the cleaners, I blame the MANAGEMENT. NEED A SPECIFIC DAY/TIME? Well, you canâÂÂt have that either. Sure, you can ASK for a specific time, but they will come whenever the Hell they feel like. Each week they will say "someone called in sick, or another clean took too long, or they got lost" (yes, I heard that one a few times), etc. So forget about scheduling a regular clean time. THE WORST PART When you communicate to the management about these issues, they always have the same answer. âÂÂWeâÂÂll make the cleaners come back over and re-clean.â WHAT?? ThatâÂÂs not the issue. The lack of communication, timing, reading English, booties, NONE of those things have to do with the quality of the clean. They do NOTHING to fix this. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! And now, my top 3 âÂÂaccidentsâ that happened while we used Maid Pro. WATERING THE BATHROOM Once after they cleaned, the magnetic strip had been removed from the shower door. I called and asked where they put it. Sorry, they didnâÂÂt remember where they put it. Even though they were JUST THERE the same day. So every time we took a shower, we watered the bathroom. Classyâ¦. PLAYED WITH PETS We have a dog which we put in a crate during the clean. One of the cleaners decided he was hungry, so she went into our cabinet, got a serving dish, and gave the dog food/water. So when we got home, our dog had peed and pooped all over the crate since heâÂÂs not used to having all the extra food/water. MISTAKEN IDENTITY One of the

I felt overcharged for the quality of work. I was told there would be communication if the job could not be finished in the time allotted and there was none. I was shocked it took them so long to do so little. I had to go and do cleaning myself as major things were missed.

I was impressed with the upfront customer service experience, but found MaidPro's execution and attention to detail quite lacking. The cleaning crew was punctual and pleasant, but apparently skipped basic points on the '49-point checklist.' For instance, multiple window sills throughout the house were not touched, counters were glossed over/items not removed, and multiple fixtures overlooked. While the house was certainly cleaner, MaidPro failed to deliver the meticulous cleaning we've come to expect from a pro service. Unfortunate, as we were hoping they'd fit for regular housekeeping.

Maid Pro provided excellent one time cleaning to our condo upon move out and the cleaner was polite and responsible. However, I spoke three separate times to the schedulers and the office and was told completely different things by each about the number of cleaners I could expect, what time I could expect someone and how much it would cost. I waited for two hours before someone showed up to clean after being told it would only be another 30 mins several times.

I have been a ServiceMagic customer since 2000 and have never been disappointed with any of their recommendations. I would recommend the MaidPro based in Tukwila for doing above average cleaning and customer service; however their price was a little higher than I expected. I would recommend that someone take enough time to get estimates and determine the fair market price comparison. They were very responsive to my specific needs for the next day cleaning . There was no language barrier and they did as I requested.

I had a 'Move Out' service performed on an apartment. The maid was very good. The biggest mess was the oven and she got it cleaner than I could have. For a 900 sq ft apartment w/2 bedroom it took her about 4.5 hrs which was on target with the estimate. I am very satified and will use them again.

I got this as a gift for my mother, they cleaned the basement, which is not lived in, and did not save time to do the most used and important lived in rooms. When my mother called back with their 100% satisfaction guarantee, they just tried to sell her a monthy service, and did not come out and make her the least bit satisfied. I will never use this company, ever again.
