This was my first time using MaidPro and my first time ever having a professional cleaning and I’m beyond impressed! From the very first phone call, the customer service was a 10/10: thorough, communicative, and proactive with updates. My cleaning professional, Blanca, was absolutely amazing. She single-handedly did the work of three people, all while being pleasant, detailed, and efficient. I truly enjoyed her and the entire experience!

The job was done right and they left my house smelling and clean. Olga and Yainiel are the best and I look forward to seeing them every two months.

After the appointment was made, they gave us several reminders that offered opportunities to reschedule as well as a 30 minute call when the cleaners were approximately 30 minutes away. Yudisleidy, Diane, & Jana were professional, respectful and efficient. Our home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning after a remodel and they did a great job. They took their time and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We are now going to use their bi-weekly service going forward. We got several quotes before selecting Maidpro and so glad we chose them and you will be to.

I was charged with cleaning out my elderly parent's condominium after both passed away so new tenants could move in. Due to their advanced age and declining health, they had only done minor cleaning and from all appearances a full deep clean had not been done in many years. I knew whoever I hired to bring the condominium back to a move in ready appearance was going to have their work cut out for them. MaidPro Tampa was hired to do a move out/move in clean. They had the appointment scheduled in a matter of days and sent three amazing employees, Ana, Kaylen and Yainiel. To my amazement, these three not only had the condominium sparkling clean top to bottom, but it was also done in a matter of 4-5 hours. I highly recommend MaidPro Tampa for any of your heavy-duty cleaning needs, and if you're fortunate enough to have Ana, Kaylen or Yainiel work on your project, you won’t be disappointed.
