Maid Right Of Greater Fort Worth

I hired this cleaning company for my mom who is now unable to clean her house herself. I never thought I would see the day she would trust someone to do this. We have used them 3 times and each time has been an issue. First time was scheduling they totally forgot her, increased her total after 2 cleanings, and their quality of work is unsatisfactory. Her house is clean so they figure they do not have to do a good job. Dusting was not done in dining, bathrooms were not clean, even the people sent were questionable. I suggest not using this company in the future.

Terrible service. Was surprised with a charge of over half a grand for a 3-bed / 2.5-bath move out cleaning service. No receipt. No forewarning. I found out when checking my credit card billing They did not clean walls or appliances. Plus, they left the AC on at 67 degrees F (in Texas! In the summer!) which I discovered when checking in on the property, 3 days later. The windows and sills inside were drenched in condensation. I did not have a mold problem before. But, I am sure that I will now.

This is a great team here. I found myself recovering from an injury and I needed some assistance keeping up the house. They did an awesome job, with thorough communication, and follow up. I had certain rooms I wanted cleaned and others I wanted left alone. The whole service was customizable and convenient. I feel that the price is too much. They were nice and thorough, However, the price does not fit in my budget to have them on a regular basis.

My regular maid was more thorough and half the price of what I paid. They were great people. However, my house had to be recleaned the next day due to an incomplete job. They were open to feedback and willing to come back and correct the issues, which they did, and I ended up with a finished house.
