I hired them to do a deep cleaning. The 2 technicians were most respectful and polite. They took their time and paid great attention to details in the cleaning project. Interior windows cleaning was a plus with the service! They dry dusted all my electronic equipment. They cleaned and sanitized the kitchen. Wet mopped and dry mopped the floor planking and ceramic tiles. I would definitely bring them out to do bi-weekly cleanings.

I’m extremely disappointed with the “deep cleaning” service I paid for. To be honest, it didn’t feel like a cleaning happened at all. The workers did not appear to know basic cleaning techniques, and none of the essentials were completed. Beds were not made, trash was not emptied, surfaces were not wiped down, and there was little to no dusting. These are the absolute basics—especially for a service advertised as a deep clean—and it’s unacceptable that they were completely overlooked. The company’s name, “Maid Right of the Mainline,” is also very misleading. You would expect a company serving the Main Line to be experienced with a certain standard of home care and attention to detail, but this was far from that. This was definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a typical “Main Line” cleaning company. While the company did take $75 off the total balance, that doesn’t come close to making up for the poor quality of work. I ultimately had to hire another company to come in and properly clean my home, which cost me additional time and money. At this point, I genuinely believe the company should pause operations and focus on mastering basic cleaning standards before continuing to service other clients. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the cost.

SCAMMER ALERT! Had a cleaner in my house for a couple hours but she only did one room, which visibly did not look any different from how I left it except some vacuuming. She left without even touching the kitchen, family room, floors, second bathroom or master bedroom. The owner then had the audacity to still charge us $200 (original quote $225) and sent us to collections three days later after we refused to pay (we offered $50 for the cleaners time) and sending plenty of evidence and pictures that our house was not cleaned. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The service was represented as a turnkey cleaning where I would not need to be onsite. I provided full property access, including a garage code, on that basis. Despite that, I was later told I needed to drive 35 minutes to the property to provide a physical signature. More concerning was the quality of the work itself. When I arrived, I found multiple items incomplete despite being told the team was “wrapping up.” Appliances were only partially cleaned, window frames had not been wiped down, accessible surfaces remained dusty, portions of the home had not been vacuumed properly, and additional rework was required to bring the property to an acceptable standard. I documented these conditions with photos and video at the time. I attempted to resolve the matter reasonably and in good faith by working directly with the company and offering a partial payment to reflect the issues with the service and the additional oversight required on my end. Despite that, the company insisted on full payment and ultimately escalated the matter to collections. I understand that mistakes happen in service businesses. However, professionalism is measured by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. FYI - I dealt with Michael (who I believe is the owner) and his mother who identified herself as the operations manager — terrible small time operation — classic situation of the price being too good to be true and the owner over promising and under delivering.

DO NOT USE ? Extremely Disappointing Experience I would strongly caution others against using Maid Right of the Main Line. My experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. The cleaner arrived late and, shortly after starting, left early in tears. She explained that she had been told the job was for a one-bedroom/one-bathroom home, when in fact my booking clearly reflected the correct number of rooms and square footage. She expressed that she was overwhelmed and even mentioned that this was not the first time this type of situation had happened to her, which was very concerning. As a result, the majority of my home was left untouched. The few areas she did attempt to clean were not done thoroughly or to a reasonable standard. When I contacted management and later the owner, there was zero accountability. Despite me providing receipts and confirmation showing that I submitted accurate booking details, they continued to insist the error was mine. Rath

Multiple items were incomplete or poorly cleaned and required additional rework and oversight on my end to bring the property to an acceptable condition. I attempted to resolve the matter reasonably and in good faith through a partial payment arrangement, but the company insisted on full payment and ultimately escalated the matter to collections. Unfortunately, the service and handling of the dispute fell well below expectations.

"We take all customer feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns professionally and in good faith. In this case, services were completed on March 21, 2026, with documented time logs and job records confirming the work performed. During the appointment, our team worked to accommodate multiple scope adjustments and address items as they were raised in real time. To clarify a few points for accuracy: our records reflect that property access was available at the time of service, where Mr. Patel was already on site, and our team remained on-site completing work while in communication with the customer. Following the service, we offered an additional 180 minutes of complimentary time to address any remaining concerns as part of a good-faith resolution. Despite these efforts to resolve the matter constructively, no payment has been made toward the completed service. While we strive to be flexible and customer-focused, we are unable to accept partial payment where services have been performed and substantial additional remediation has already been offered. As this matter remains unresolved, it has been referred for collections review in accordance with our terms and conditions. We remain committed to clear communication, fair resolutions, and consistent service standards for all customers."
