When Patti and 1 of her girls arrived the first time to clean they did a very thorough job. Sadly the next time a young girl named Marissa arrived by herself. After taking 2 hours to clean 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom she told me her time was almost up. She then asked me what I wanted done, either my floors washed or my family room dusted. She was very unhappy when I told her both & she had plenty of time to do it. She told me she had another job to go to do & pickup her daughter from daycare by 5pm. That evening I spoke with Patti to confirm that Marissa was to have spent up to 3 1/2 hours cleaning & that she would speak with her about this. I asked Patti to call me after they had spoken as I felt uncomfortable about this. As the time approached for my next scheduled cleaning I called Patti 2x & left messages. Sadly I never received a call back from Patti. On the day of my scheduled cleaning no one showed and when I once again called Patti she never called me back. Never have I ever given any company or individual such a poor rating but I feel I was left with no alternative.

Patti did a wonderful job in the bathrooms and kitchen! I have 4 cats; 1 long haired Maine Coon, 2 Siamese mix short hair (3 males, neutered) and 1 American Shorthair calico ( female, spayed). All 4 shed - a lot. So, there is always cat hair to vacuum. Although I did include "vacuum all soft surfaces" ( furniture, pillows, cat tree, kitty condo, cat basket etc. I totally forgot to remind Patti. She did everything else that I asked and did it well! I have hired Patti to clean my home twice/month and look forward to her next "clean". I am sure I will be adding the fifth star to the first category after the next clean on March 27. I am shocked that I have not found this maid service earlier. Seriously! I cannot believe the great customer service and a most amazing job cleaning my house. I have hired bunch of other cleaning services but I have never hired a company like this one that does such a wonderful job with the whole experience. They are worth paying every penny because it clearly shows in every aspect of their business. I will certainly be using them soon because I was happy and I need a maid service!!! Highly recommended. don't even think twice about it!

If I called because I couldn't be there the worker was eager to work around my schedule, I like the fact that I didn't get some one different every week. They are Punctual.
