DO NOT USE!!! They STEAL!!!! They stole most of my high end designer clothing in 2 of my closets that I rarely use and a couple of my Dyson vacuum cleaners are missing and who knows what else. I did not watch them carefully, so they can put out the trash and someone else can come along and take it. Also, a couple of times they had a supervisor come to the house and she was more than likely in on the steal. The owner yelled at me and said his people dont steal and nobody would want my old clothes. They use company cars that track their positions, but by using a 3rd party that is easily overcome. They knew which clothes to take - high end St. John knits that never go out of style, a Kate Spade coat that had only been worn once, etc. A total of 5 feet was missing from both closets that could not take another hanger of clothing, then they spread out the clothes in case I looked in. They did leave 2 St. John knits that were red, but you cant wear red to a funeral. I was totally disgusted and should have called the police. But thieves will take advantage of older people.

I like that you can sign up for a cleaning schedule that works for you -- every week on a certain day, every two weeks, etc. They always show up on time and it is two or three people. They are fast and extremely good at cleaning and knowing what to do. I cannot say enough good things about them. My husband is very impressed with them, also. I tried a couple of other places -- nightmares. You can trust Maid Sense and you will be very happy with their service.

I thought I had already submitted a review several days ago. I'd had over several months worth of accummulated dust and dirt due to my disabilitiesi, so under the circumstances, the ladies did an outstanding job! Only really 'minor' dissatisfaction was that the older of the two who had handwashed my dishes (as our apartnment conplex is without dishwashers) could have done a better job when it came to washing the silverware as I did end up having to rewash it. I have absolutely hired this particular 'crew' to return on a regular monthly basis!

The ladies were awesome.

I could not communicate with them because they could not speak nor understand English. Most clients like to be able to discuss what they want to be done. They also walked away with my shower squeeze. One if the ladies spent most of their time talking on the phone than cleaning. I had to call the owner every time I wanted to communicate with his employees. I felt this was unprofessional since I had to spend most of my time on the phone with him.

The vacuum cleaner did not work very well. I vacuumed after they left. They did not dust a very dusty windowsill and parts of the furniture. The ladies were very nice but hurried through in about an hour and a half.

The girls did a great job cleaning!! It’s so nice to have a clean house. I highly recommend.

Had to dust and clean my mirrors in the bathroom after they left. Also, did not move anything to dust or vacuum.

I had a call from David within a few minutes of posting my project. He quoted me a price over the phone and asked when I wanted to get started. I said as soon as possible. They were able to schedule the next day. The two ladies that came arrived right when they said they would, were very professional and did a wonderful job. My house not only looks great now, it smells great as well. I would recommend Maid Sense to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
