Outstanding Job! Valery and Loretta were wonderful. They arrived on time and completed the job in exactly two hours. They did everything I asked and were both pleasant and professional. We just had Lucy and Carrie from Suburban Professional Cleaning complete the initial home cleaning. They did an excellent job. Our home has been scrubbed from top to bottom, everything smells clean and looks wonderful. We are planning to book this service on a recurring basis, great job!

I asked them to come the first time and basic things were not cleaned. I called, complained and was reassured the second time it would be fixed... UMMMM the second time... WORSE!!... orange juice dried under kids chair, banisters not cleaned, desk with sticky ring stains, glass doors with finger prints, dust on the wood floors, I asked them to clean the refrigerator... NOT TOUCHED, on and on and on! The worst thing is that there is NO EXCUSE... I told them the second time to stay as long as was needed, that I would pay whatever it cost to have my house cleaned and again the basic cleaning not done... all of it I was able to do with a paper

They gave the estimate promptly. Followed up on time and completed work in time and within estimate. Completed work was very satisfactory. Will definetly recommend them for others and will also take their help in the future

Below average. Friendly and high expectations at first but service was not a "professional cleaning". House was freshly painted and only the bathrooms, kitchen, and basement was required cleaning. Unfortunately, the appliances still had grease marks, refrigerator was superficially cleaned with mold growing, microwave had food remaining, bathroom toilets didn't appear to be cleaned properly, and basement still had things on the table top. I was shocked to see the work performed and I will not use this company again. This could have been a very off day but I personally will not chance this for the future.

"Unfortunately this customer's concerns were not brought to my attention until over a month after the cleaning. I had had several phone conversations with this customer after the cleaning without any mention of the cleaning concerns. We would have been glad to perform any touch-up this job required had we been notified on a timely basis."
