"I am so sorry for your poor cleaning experience. I take full responsibility in the miscommunication about sending a team to your cleaning, versus one girl. Do to the distance and your cleaning date falling after a holiday, my schedule would not accommodate a team of girls. My business model consists of only sending one cleaning specialist the majority of the time. Schedules permitting, I do, and will send out a team of cleaners. The charge of $216. is for 3 hours of work for 2 girls and 6 hours for one girl for a deep clean. If the job needs more time there is always an additional charge. I was under the impression, due your hectic traveling schedule, coming out to your home was not going to work for you. More times than not, we work deep cleanings on our customers priority cleaning list and budget, if after the allotted time the customer is satisfied with what we accomplished, then we are on our way, if there is more work to be done and the customer is willing to pay for the extra time then we finish. I thought we discussed your need to be there when the job was finished, so we knew we did everything according to your expectations. Holly informed me you left the home and did not return. Wanting to make sure you were pleased, she text you later that night to make sure everything was ok, and according to her records your reply was positive. The bottom line is your satisfaction is my only concern, and for that reason, I will refund your payment in full. Again, I am so sorry for any inconvenience. Sincerely Stephanie Garner"
