Unprofessional. Irresponsible. Unreliable. Unaccountable. Unqualified. Negligent. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired Maid This for maid service for a rental home in MB. They came over 20 times in between guest turnovers. Not once was the home adequately cleaned. The company cant keep track of what maid crews they send to clean not to mention what the crew does/does not do while they are at the home. After EVERY cleaning we would have to call the office to share with them the oversights and inadequate cleaning their maids did. We provided photos and had multiple conversations with the maids themselves, the office administrators as well as the company owner. Each time they would say that the cleaning was not up to their company standards that they had failed. That they need/will do better and that they appreciated our feedback. Despite all the talk nothing improved. In fact, cleanings got worse. We had to request cleaners bring a vacuum with them since the floors were so dirty and they did not bring one with them (even though we were initially told the maids bring and use their own equipment and supplies). Regularly my husband and I would have to go to the house after the maids left and spent sometimes an additional 3 hours cleaning the house again. We should have to vacuum, wipe down surfaces, clean showers, restock supplies, put out toilet paper, rewash kitchen utensils, remake beds essentially everything we were paying Maid This to do. On multiple occasions the home was in such bad condition AFTER a cleaning that the company sent additional crews to the house. These second crews were astonished to learn that the house had already been cleaned by other housekeepers from Maid This. When I say the house was not clean. I do not mean that I found a few salt grains on the kitchen island, no The things we found were blatantly obvious food drips and remnants on cupboards, surfaces, and appliances. Hairballs and the floor. Dirty towels and used tissues next to the bed. Hair on the bathroom floor and surfaces. Dirty diaper on the floor. Floors covered with dirt, debris, and sticky substances. Stains on furniture and rugs. The housekeepers several times also left the house without locking up behind them. And we also found windows in the back of the home open and left propped up. Both safety and security issues. No one oversees the housekeepers or checks on their work. Their verification of work completed process is the maid taking photos and sharing them with the office and client. Their photos show toilet seats up and beds made photographed from across the room. The photos do not show the debris that is actually covering the floors and surfaces, the unwashed cutlery put back in the silverware drawer, the hair stuck to the bathroom surfaces and floors, the food caked on the cabinets, the dirty towels left behind, the empty toilet paper holders. The company has a 100% satisfaction smile guarantee. We never got that. Maid This does not stand by or honor their business model and the services they provide. Despite routinely contacting the office after cleanings to inform them of oversights and issues NOTHING was done to improve their quality of service or attention to detail. The housekeepers sent NEVER fulfilled the companys promises or objectives and Maid This acknowledged that time and time again. The only benefit is working with Maid This is their owner providing us a list of other local housekeeping companies who actually do the work they are paid to do and provide clients clean houses.
