You will receive professional service from me with customer satisfaction guarantee. I also supply my own cleaning supplies. We offer free estimates. Also referrals for new customer's we will give you $10.00 off your next cleaning. I am very picky on cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. She came to work the first day 2 hours late and said she had staffing problems. (I understood this) Then she had to leave to pick up her kids and did not finish the job. Said she would be back the following week to finish but DID NOT SHOW UP! I have called her several times and left messages but she has not called me or left me a message to say why she has not been back. (It is not as if my house was a mess... it is a new house in a new construction zone so there is a lot of dust) Also called a couple of her references after I did not her back from her in 2 wks and they said she is not always dependable on her time! Very sad. I liked her

Erin was professional and easy to talk to, setting up the appointment was a breeze. The day of the appointment, she was on time, she was polite and professional, and she did an outstanding job. I was very satisfied.
