The first time they were out they did a pretty good job. Second time not so much. Did not even bother to tell me they were leaving. Just left as if they knew I would not be pleased. The woman who scheduled was great. I was just disappointed in the quality of work done the second time I had the cleaning done.

They keep in close email or phone contact with customers if scheduling changes are needed. Sometimes had to do with virus concerns. Staff incredibly friendly and observed safety precautions at all times.

This is a great out fit and they actually care about their clients. Had an experience with a move out, situation out of our control. While they were cleaning the power was shut off, they continued to clean in the dark. I was notified immediately and we could not get power back on for them to finish and they still out shined and impressed me! Highly would recommend to anyone!

They were not able to get the soap scum off the tub & shower surrounds. Husband and I spent 6 hours removing it ourselves. After the single worker was there on a call back for things missed the first time. This was a Move out clean that did not go as expected.

I’m very pleased with the job they did for me. They were professional and kind, listened to the way I wanted things done. Took the time to finish my cleaning even though it took longer than they had allotted for (they rescheduled their next job to finish my job.) it feels good to know that I can have a clean house even though I’m no longer physically able to do the work myself

They left no stone unturned. Every board of the 25' ceiling was dusted, every windowsill cleaned, every ceiling fixture polished, every cobweb banished, floors vacuumed and mopped, windows washed, furniture wiped down and dusted, decks outside thoroughly swept and cobwebs removed. What professional, thorough service!!
