"Thank you Ms. Deborah for your comments. However, it was very difficult for the 2 ladies to clean due to the 4 people that were in and out of the house moving boxes and access items. In showing how eager we are to please our customers, we walked across the street and carried buckets of water from your neighbors house. When the ladies left, you seemed please with the service. If there were any concerns, you were told to contact us immediately so that we could have resolved any issues. Thank You."
"Jamie was told before setting an appt, we give time frames. No cleaning company gives "exact" arrival times. If they do, use someone else b/c they have a lot of free time on their hands. Jamie did reschedule her appointment. She was assisted promptly with a new date and time. She was given an email estimate of the time frame the job would take. The job was performed on a Tuesday. The customer didn't view the completed work until Saturday (w/o payment). She called in on Saturday after viewing the home, to pay her invoice, and said that everything looked nice. There was no mention of the floors or anything else being unclean."
