The level of detail and thoroughness that Maid in Allen provides is top notch! Maria and Cruz treated my home like it was their own with attention to detail and much care taken to protect cabinets and materials. This was my first time using them and I am looking forward to having them regularly. Both Maria and Cruz are easy to work with and listen and take into considerations any concerns the homeowners might have. Highly recommend!

Hired this company to clean house before I moved in. Explained I wanted a move in clean. I wanted a deep clean, bathrooms sanitized, and floors and baseboards scrubbed etc. Expected a larger team, 1 person for over an hour and then 2 more showed up. They seemed overwhelmed with the house size and the amount of detail needed and were not prepared to do it. Things were barely wiped. I showed the women when they were finished, how a tissue was black after wiping the missed areas. I cleaned house several days later, tile was never wiped, cobwebs in shower, and cleaned window tracks among many other things. I wished I would not have paid. The house was lived in by older people and it needed a good clean (which I said when I ordered.) A service that was supposed to help for our move, caused more stress. The 24 hour guarantee offered, would not have helped because the moving truck was arriving 24 hours later.

"Dear Sharon, We appreciate your business.On September 10, 2016, we sent you 3 cleaning technicians from 7 am to 1:45 pm, with all the specific equipment ready to do your move in cleaning service. After the cleaning crew finished cleaning the house you and your husband checked around the house three times with a white Kleenex in your hand to make sure everything was properly cleaned. After you were 100% satisfied with the service that's when you paid the cleaning crew. You were also notified of our 24 hour customer guarantee policy that we offer to all of our clients. The notification was lost when the carpet installers arrived at 2:00 pm to changed your old carpet with new ones. Also, your A/C was broken during the time that our crew was present and had to work in 85 degree temperature that is unfit for them. The team leader explained that they had to suspend the job because of the environment was inadequate for them to work under and you still insisted that they stayed and do what they could. Apparently during the 6 hours and 45 minutes of the cleaning service, you left the garage door opened in which you and husband, children were walking in and out constantly which distracted the job that the crew was completing. Our company has 7 years of cleaning experience doing move in/out, make ready for sales, and doing daily cleaning services. We also have steam carpet cleaning, tile and grout, with technicians properly trained and we use products of high quality such as Betco and Melaleuca. They cleaned my house (empty of all furnishings), garage and carpets. They did a wonderful job. I could not believe my carpets were so clean. I would certainly recommend them to anyone getting their house ready to sell!

Absolutely WONDERFUL! Took the time to go over, above and beyond ANY and ALL expectations I had. They were immediately available and 100% efficient. Thorough to a T! I wasn't fully prepared as I should have been for their arrival (as in on my oart wasn't prepped as they discussed witg me) and they made me feel as if it was of 0 inconvenience to them. They even washed my dishes!!! I love love love them and would recommend them to anyone. THANKS AGAIN JERICHO FOR EVERYTHING!

They were scheduled to be there at 930a and didn't show up until 230 then left thirty minutes later, after me cling several times showed back up 4 hours later with a baby in tow and did an awful job. Nothing was dustee, blinds, fans, ligets and shelves weren't touched. Toilets still had urine spots on them from the tenants I had had in the house prior, the house was not clean at all.

Only complaint I had was that they only sent one person for a big job. But Susy did a fabulous job. Small things were missed, which would have been very easy to overlook ,but took me 5 minutes to fix it.

Hired them to do a move-out cleaning on a friend's apartment. He arrived early and worked quickly. It was to be $125, but I paid an additional $75 to have him wash the carpet. That was a little high, but worth it in the long run. I told him he had to go get the apartment assistant manager when he was finished, which he did. The apartment manager approved everything when he was finished.

Customer service and promptness were an A+. But the crew left our home before we got back from lunch and we didn't have a chance to walk through the house with them to go over the cleaning job they did. Plus they left the front door UNLOCKED. There were a few areas that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. I notified them, but by the time I heard back I had already done the cleaning myself. For the $ I paid, I expected a more thorough cleaning and for them NOT to leave without getting our approval.

When I came home it did not feel or look like my house had been cleaned. My husband came home and asked why the cleaning service did not show up? My house is 3500 sq ft and they (two people) were only here for 2 1/2 hours. Other services that I have used in the past sent 3-4 people to clean and were in my house cleaning for at least 4 hours, and I paid less. Things were left undusted, and there were parts of the tile floors that didn't look like a mop had touched it. There was not any attention to detail at all.
