The owner came out and met my mom and myself. She is very personable and professional. She walked through the house with me and pointed out what would be cleaned. I am very happy with the cleaning that was completed. The group of women that came out to clean were very nice and pleasant to chat with. They did an excellent job. I think the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company.

This company has several teams of people who clean homes. I usually get the same team, but not always. They do a pretty good job.They always show up when scheduled and their prices are better than their competitors. I always notice something that got missed, like a table that wasn't dusted, but if I don't have to clean my house, I can overlook it! I recommend this company.

Maid in Michigan is a good service. However, I needed a more detailed service then they offered. Nonetheless, I would use them again on a less detail job.

They didn't do the job, they left the trash around, and didn't really touch the bathroom. One of the cleaning people suggested that I left an open syringe (I am diabetic) on the ground and they cut themselves. I find that hard to believe, since I take measures to dispose of them. I gave them a copy of my key, and they took it after cleaning up and left my front door open. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

"Unfortunately this home was an unsafe environment for our staff to be in. While attempting to remove items off the floor before vacuuming, one of our employees was stuck by a used syringe and had to immediately go to the ER as a precaution. This customer was Immediately notified. While we hold customer satisfaction as our top priority, the safety and well being of our staff is as important. The door was left unlocked as it was when we arrived and the key was left at the home."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I wanted to review their work before I paid them. The landing to the apartment was sopping with water so I wasn't able to see the work when they were finished. The floor was covered in a film of salt. We had movers that tracked in salt so either the cleaners didn't pick up the salt or they just didn't change the water frequently enough. It was definitely not right. The toilets hadn't been cleaned properly under the seat. I called them on two different numbers to let them know this wasn't done right and they never bothered to call back.

They did a great job and worked fast. They were late by about an hour- they had a good reason, I just wish they would have contacted me to let me know, instead of me having to contact them to find out where they were. I would hire them again.

The job they did was laughable. Entire rooms missed, untouched appliances, grimy shower tiles. It's as if they sprayed water on the kitchen counter and wiped it off and called it clean. Would never reccomend this company, but I will be telling everyone about this poor experience.

"Unfortunately this customer had unrealistic expectations of services a residential cleaning company provides. Although we spent several hours cleaning this home, it is impossible to restore a thirty year old home with years of wear and tear to its original state. Stains on counter tops, in appliances, original bathroom tiles, paint on flooring etc. When this job was completed the customer did a walk through as do all our customers, to make sure he was completely satisfied. We explained the situation, he agreed and said everything looked great and was happy with the results. This review comes as a surprise."
