Cleaning quality was fantastic the first few times. Used them for a deep clean on my new home and then hired on a recurring monthly basis. There was a misunderstanding with what was needed to be cleaned, so they came back to finish (this is like after 5-7 times that they've cleaned my home) and when they returned, they quickly were in and out - not cleaning as well as I'm used to seeing from them. They snuck out of my house without saying bye, which was odd since they usually do, and then never heard from them again. First impressions had me believe they were professional, but I?m afraid to say they are not. Disappointed because I thought I actually found a cleaning service I liked this time.

had a wonderful interview before hiring. started great with 3 ladies who did a bang up job then sent 2 ladies, then sometimes 3..last trip, they sent 1 lady who was about an hour or so late. the low rating is because Tues after Thanksgiving when it needed it the most, I got a text message on my landline 25 minutes before they were to be there saying they weren't cleaning anymore..no warning, no notice. not happy to say the least. Know any good, reliable cleaning services??

The company sent three hard working women for a one time residential house cleaning. They spent a little over an hour for $115.00; great job

Prompt response to my last minute request. They called when they were running a few minutes late. Nice job, efficient and thorough. I would use them again.

This is an excellent company with exceptional customer service. The cleaning crew was late arriving, but the owner of the company kept me informed. The cleaning crew did a deep move out clean to an extremely filthy rental home. When I saw the job they did I was amazed. I will definitely use them again.

After three years with another service, the price had gone up and the results had gone down. Time to look elsewhere. Sweet Home has filled the bill better than I could have expected. Now I have a "Sweet Home."

All personnel were friendly and efficient, from the scheduling to the service. The day of cleaning the weather was extremely bad and the crew ran late. I was called to inform me of this.

Armando was a real professional in sending the quote and a real gentleman on the phone. The cleaning crew was early and called me to let me know they were there. Very friendly.

They promised to send two people for the job but only one showed up. Unlike their original promise of getting job done in 2 hours, the person took more than 7 hours to finish the work. At the end, the work was not done properly. I had to spend a lot of time to finish up the work myself in next couple of days. I would not recommend this services to anyone.

The cleaning ladies arrived promptly, were friendly, and asked me if there was something I wanted to start with. I did, as my husband was away at an exercise class, would be returning soon, and needed to get to a lunch and would need the master bedroom and bath to get ready. They worked thoroughly and quickly and were almost done we he returned and was able to get ready and out the door easily. I only had the "basic" cleaning, and I will admit I am a novice at home cleaning services. I thought that the cleaning was a checklist of things to be done, versus, a time constraint. That is, I thought they would stay until they completed what the basic cleaning required, not in a specified amount of time. So the scrubbing of the floor in the kitchen was rushed. I felt they were rushed. The top floor was really well done, but the downstairs was a little less so, because they "ran out of time". I think the women were great. I believe they did a good job, and the house felt clean. Would hire again, but ask for a rate that was less time driven and more items driven.

Armando came out to give me an estimate very promptly. Cleaning crew arrived on time and did a great job on my post-construction cleaning project. I already hired them again for another project.

Armando the scheduler was amazingly friendly, the two women who cleaned were so sweet;) professional and did a fantastic job. They are keepers.
