The maids did an outstanding job. They did everything we asked for in a very professional manner, getting into places that other cleaning services refused to work. We are completely satisfied.

They were fantastic!! They've only been her for the initial cleaning so far, so we'll see what happens as time goes by and we're in "maintenance mode", but they were fantastic...they cleaned things I didn't expect them to (like the inside of my toaster oven) and my teenage daughters make-up disaster! They were fantastic and I would definitely recommend them!!!

They work hard without having to be told what to do. When they are finished, the house is spotless., and even smells clean. The cleaning lasts until the next appointment. I didn't have to touch up anything they did. The two women that cleaned the house were an excellent team.

We have hired Next Level for ongoing Maid service and have had two cleanings--one base cleaning and one regular. We are impressed with the care that Sandy and her assistant used in cleaning our home. Next Level visited our home for the estimate and they were professional and respectful of our home. We have been impressed with their attention to detail. While they were at our home for the estimate, we learned that Next Level also does home repairs, so we hired them to repair and paint our ceiling. The results were outstanding. The ceiling looks great, they worked quickly and quietly, and were detailed in their work. The work was completed in a day, and required no preparation from us.

Next Level provides an absolutely outstanding cleaning service. I have been using Sandy and her crew for three years, and never once have I come home to my home being anything but immaculate. This is quite an accomplishment, because my dog made one heck of a mess as a puppy. Those heat cycles were no picnic either. I do not want to describe how the place looks after my girlfriend has come over with her two large dogs. Through all this adversity, Sandy and her crew are thorough, fast and extremely polite. They arrive right at 7:30 AM. As you can imagine, I am often running a bit late and they are always accommodating. Finally, I am not the most security conscious person and have been a little careless with valuables. However, I have never had an issue with anything missing. They could not be more trustworthy. Let's face it, like it or not, a maid is like family, and I am delighted to have Sandy and her staff as part of my family. I have been so happy with Sandy, I used NextLevel to paint my home and complete a variety of repairs around the house. The work was always fast, reasonably priced and done right. I give these folks keys to the house and do not think twice. They take care of my property a heck of a lot better than I do. Finally, I would like to mention that Sandy got my business by sticking her card in my Wall Street Journal when she was delivering newspapers. Watching her go from delivering girl to running a successful business has been quite an inspiration. She is a true American Success story. I am lucky to have her helping me out, and we are lucky to have her as a member of our community. People like her are what make this the greatest country on earth. Knowing her has been a privilege. Next Level Home Improvement are professionals. They did a terrific job on our gutter repair. They repaired our screen door also . I intend to choose them next year to power clean our house, gutters and downsprouts again.
