The owner Nicole Steven was pleasant but I had to call them back to finish the job. Several things that I actually requested we're not done and they did not do a good job general or thorough cleaning. She did come back after much persuasion to finish the job but I had to supervise and tell her everything to do. It took another 2 hours and I was working with her and as hard as she was the whole time.
