DD Maintenance

Dave and David were wonderful to work with. They were timely, professional, friendly, and the quality of work was fantastic. We had them install and repair some fencing and build a new gate. We were so pleased with everything we are already looking at a few more jobs to hire them again.

Thought they were very professional, respectful and did an awesome job installing our new dog door. I will definitely use them for future maintenance projects.

DD took down an old fence and installed a new one for us, including two gates. Excellent quality of work, they did exactly everything I asked, communication was excellent, and they were always on the job when they said they would be. They cleaned everything up and left the site better than it was before. Overall a pleasure to work with! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I met them when they came to a service call from my homeowners warranty. I had a leak and a lot of water damage. They told me they did other work as well and being naive I trusted them. Their estimate was $4500. I assumed my insurance would pay it so I gave them $1000 deposit. My insurance company said they were $1700 more than their 2 other estimates of $2800 so they wouldnt pay. He agreed to drop it so my out of pocket would be the $1000 I gave him and since I stupidly trusted them I said ok. There were 2 pieces of drywall that needed to be replaced behind the fridge. He told me the paint wouldnt match and I said since the fridge would cover it I didnt mind, so they only painted the bottom half of the wall!! My understanding was the walls would be different than the rest of the kitchen not the same wall. When I asked him he said I agreed to it and it wouldve cost more to paint the whole wall. They never came back to finish painting an area they said they would, and I asked 3-4 times for the receipt for the flooring which I never got. They left gaps in the quarter round and didnt replace the baseboard under a section of the cabinets, so there is a big, open space under my cabinet. The floor clicks when I walk on it. VERY SHODDY workmanship. They say theyve been in business a year, but he told me they just quit the company they were with when I met them after me meeting them at the the end of September, so I think these 5 star reviews are from family and friends.

DD maintenance were great. The work was top notch and they cleaned up after finishing. Our water heater broke on Friday night. They were the only company that answered the phone on Saturday Morning. They were available and I had a new water heater installed by noon.

Great job and excellent communication and updates during the job. Fence turned out great.

I will DEFINITELY be using them again for any & all repairs that need done at my house. Very highly recommended.

Dave and David are amazing!! I had them come to my home because our fence fell over from the wind. They where at my house the same day and where able to give me a price on the spot. After the job was completed I couldnâ t believe my eyes! It was like having a brand new back yard. Out of 4 people that can DDs Price was about in the middle, after showing my other estimates to David he lowed the price to beat the other estimates I had. I can definitely tell that they care about there customerS and want them to be happy. I wish I could give them more then a five start, because they are worth it. Hands down the best company Iâ ve ever had the chance to work with, and theyâ ll be the only company for now on!

I canâ t begin to thank you guys enough for what you did. This is an amazing company with an amazing family. I highly recommend them their work is great and they worked with me on the prices. DD maintenance will be the only company coming to repair my home. They also do other service then what it says on here. I recommend if you have anything around your home you need help with call Dave and David. Thanks again guys for replacing the kitchen faucet to stop the leak under the sink, they got a toilet thatâ s been running constantly for the last 2 years to stop, and they even found a small crack in my master bathroom toilets that was casing water damage to the floor. Extremely diligent and extremely knowledgeable.
