Everything went down just like it should. The recommended installer called me within 30 minutes of being online and he gave me a fair price, did the work within a few days and I am happy. I shold also mention that the installer was great about calling and communicating on the timing of the appointment. He wanted to change the time and date, I could not, so he honored the firest apt time I gave him - that's professionalism.

The crew at Main Pro were very helpful. They went out of their way to pick up the carpet at a new location for us. They showed up right on time. I read on Main Pro's ratings and decided to call them for a carpet estimate. Eric responded that same day and came to my house for an estimate together with carpet samples. A week later, i had Main Pro install the carpet. They were very professional and completed the job with the time they had promised. Eric did contacted me right away and was able to schedule the work for the following day. Which was very important because I am a landlord and had my basement flooded. This allowed me to get my tenants back in the area fast. They performed all work as promised for a good price and I would use them again!

Eric was very good, the flooring looks wonderful. He took extra care to make sure it fit very good around the door ways. He cleaned up after himself and it was a great experience, I was a little nervous about hiring someone from the internet search.

Though the project took a little longer than they expected, they did an excellent job and was very sensitvie to the surrounding.

Eric and his crew came to install laminate flooring and slate. They opened up a can of worms when the subflooring was exposed. They removed and repaired everything, under and above the subflooring, professionally and timely. The laminate was installed beautifully as well as the slate. Eric has chosen the best crew members depending on their specialty and knowledge. It was truley refreshing to have a contractor come in to my house with the knowledge and professionalism to get the job done!!!

The workers were very friendly and the job was done quickly and with great quality! I would use them again.
