Nice worker, came the same day and fix my problem, I recommend.

He agreed to do the work on Saturday; called in advance; was respectful, neat, and thorough; and completed the job quickly. I would definitely hire Rich again and recommend him to others!

Rich showed up as soon as he could in the morning and did a good job attempting to clear the clogged main drain to the septic tank. Later in the day there was an unforeseen problem, he returned in the evening and the next morning to resolve the drain issue. Fair price and attentive to my needs.

I called on a Saturday afternoon expecting to leave a message. Rich not only answered but he showed up the same afternoon. He spent 2.5 hours working on a drain clog causing washing machine to overflow. Rate was very fair. He had to come back another day as first try did not solve. He cleared larger pipe and problem solved at no extra charge. He honors his work and has integrity. I highly recommend and would hire again.

So on Christmas night I was doing dishes after our turkey dinner and the kitchen sink backed up. I tried myself to unclog it for 4 hours that night, and another hour the following morning. I ended up finding Main Street Drain Cleaning on HomeAdvisor. Richard called me right away and was at my house within an hour and a half or so. The day after Christmas. On a Saturday. He got the job done in about an hour, gave me some good advice, cleaned up and charged what I thought was a very fair price - especially on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Highly highly highly recommended!

I requested a quote around 7:30 pm on a Friday night and within 5 minutes I recieved a phone call. We were pretty desperate by then having gone a whole week without a working toilet because we had to wait for a paycheck to come in before we could hire someone. I asked him when he thought he could do the job and he said he could be at our house within the hour. We were shocked! Sure enough, he arrived a little after 8:30 and after assessing the situation have us a very reasonable quote and got right to work. It turned out to be a lot more work than we thought it would be but he persevered and got the job done after about two and a half hours of heavy labor. He then proceeded to completely clean the entire floor before leaving. I highly recommend him and have his number on speed dial in case we ever have a need for plumbing in the future

They did not fix the problem and they damaged my washing machine and my bathroom wall bringing in a machine that did not need to be brought in. We found the clog ourselves the next day and fixed it in a half-hour. These people do not know what they are doing and I really should demand my money back. What a rip-off.

Quoted a price for simple service but turned into a much more difficult problem kept his price to original quote

He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He even bought a new pipe because the other one was so clogged he couldn't get through it. He worked until the project was finished. I would hire him again.

He did what I asked and he did a great job. He explained what he needed to do, and what caused it and he did the work. He let me know to call him if anything went wrong.
