Just had a floor installed today (8/5/19). This began with a visit by Melanie, who was pleasant and courteous. She took the measurements and gave us an estimate. We discussed acclimating the wood to the temperature of the house, so the wood was delivered a few days before installation. Today, the crew arrived and went directly to work. They moved the furniture; took up the old carpet and padding; then installed the flooring. The catch to this installation was that it had to match a carry-through from existing flooring. The crew did a perfect match up, selecting pieces that transitioned perfectly. Our 17x14 foot room took half a day installation, and was beautifully done. This opinion coming from someone who has done much construction and cabinet/furniture building, and who is very picky. After installation, the area was swept clean and everything hauled off. I really feel I could not have done better, had I done it myself. Many thanks to Melanie and the great installation crew.

Keith Roberts and his contractors did an outstanding job on the work in our bathroom. They arrived on time and were neat and efficient. Great contact with Keith.....he explained everything that was going to happen. We are very happy with the completed project and will definitely use this company again.
