I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to the house. We had a nest of yellow jackets that was removed and sprayed in no time. I would highly recommend and will use again if needed in the future.

"Our apologies that the first treatment was not as successful as anticipated. Occasionally, when a hive is in a void they require a second application. Regarding the delay in re-treatment: In order to remain in compliance with state rules and regulations regarding: wind, rain, and proximity to open bodies of water; we returned approximately two weeks after you, the homeowner, advised us that you were still seeing evidence of the pests. This was the earliest that the weather cooperated with regulatory parameters. Unfortunately we are often at the mercy of the weather in this industry, and we always strive to ensure that our costumers are satisfied."

Explanation of work was very thorough, to help remediate my problem they recommendations I remove my many bird feeders around my deck. They guarantee their work and recommend a six month contract . Time will tell, I will leave an updated review as it will be awhile to see any results. They seem very knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to rid my rodent problem. Very happy with my first meeting.

This is a little premature because I need to wait a few days to be sure the treatment (hornets) worked. But based on the owner and the service, i feel confident that even if the issue isn't resolved, it will be and at a fair price. He was friendly, knowledgable and respectful. Couldn't ask for more.
