    Chuck Minott (Mainely Water) is a skilled, seasoned and certified practitioner in his crucial technical specialty of residential water treatment. We are happy and grateful to join his group of consistent 5-Star-Rating clients. Chuck promptly answered our call and arrived the next working day to assess our water treatment problem, returning with a co-worker soon thereafter to address it. The 14-year old system we inherited upon purchasing our home was dated, cumbersome (a cluster of three resin tanks, two saline tanks and a tangled interconnecting cobweb of pipes and tubing) and functionally declining. It’s been supplanted by a straightforward system of a lone multifunctional resin tank and a single brine tank. He took ample time to explain how the system functioned and demonstrated the digital control system for the resin tank should we experience a prolonged power outage, answered our questions and then swept and mopped the work area before removing the components of the prior system. Should you experience any problems with your home water system we unequivocally and confidently recommend you contact Chuck at Mainely Water.

    HomeAdvisor customers are so great! Like these guys, they know what they wanted to accomplish with their water. They asked lots of questions. They pretty much had the install site figured out before we even got there. They did their homework and it all paid off. The got what they needed.

    Chuck came over, tested our water and then explained exactly what water treatment system would be appropriate for our situation. He was able to install the unit in less than a week, he explained everything that he was doing and explained how to maintain the system. Very knowledgeable and professional. We will hire him in the future for the on demand hot water heater.
