Maine's Best Water Treatment

I was told by a friend about Maine’s Best Water after they too had a positive experience. Brad was very quick to call me (same day) and was able to stop for a quote the same day. He was very friendly, informative and professional. He did the visit and estimate and made a plan for installation immediately. On day of installation he was great to confirm with me and communicate arrival. His team worked rather quickly and then took time to walk me through what was installed and how the system worked. He gave me info on some household cleaners to use to clean up the iron stains that were present before the new system was installed and referenced some local stores for material purchases. He said I can reach out anytime with questions and said they would be back in a year to service. The installation was very clean. I 100% recommend for water system service, upgrades etc.

Fantastic communication, for both the assessment appt and the installation. Right on time, quick and efficient, whole install took about an hour, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 for this company

Hands down the best service, we’ve had 3 others come out and said that we needed to spend thousands of dollars on a new system. Brad and team came over and after a quick (10 min) diagnosis found it just needed to be cleaned! Our water feels like the first day we had it installed. He’s knowledgeable, passionate, and a great educator. He’s previously walked me through another issue over the phone and helped me fix it. There is something to be said about supporting local. I will recommend him a THOUSAND times!

I was looking to have a new water filter system installed for my well at my lake house and found Maines Best Water Treatment on Google. Brad quickly responded, then I emailed him my most recent water test results. He recommended the UV system, gave me a price and scheduled me right in. Brad and his helper showed up as scheduled, ontime and clean appearance. They quickly installed my new water filter system, cleaned up after themselves and I was conveniently able to pay the invoice on the spot with Brads ipad tablet payment system. The invoice was exactly as quoted. I will also take advantage of his annual maintenance plan. Professional and affordable. Highly recommended. Also rapid follow up with new clean water test and answered my winterization questions. Knowledgeable.

Highly recommend. They were very quick to come out and provide an estimate. They offered quotes for both parts replacement or full replacement of our UV light system. The other 2 companies we asked would not give us quotes to replace the broken part. Maine's Best Water Treatment was also the most inexpensive of the quotes we received. They were very responsive to texts and provided accurate times of arrival. They were very professional. After the install, there was a mix-up where my husband told them we didn't need a water sample test but because of a pending house sale, we were required to have one. They were very understanding when I asked if they could come back out to sample our water. I would highly recommend working with them. They went above and beyond.

Brad was highly professional, knowledgeable and VERY TIME EFFICIENT! He and his counterpart, Jay, saved my new home from having all fixtures destroyed by iron and hard water. Complete rust slime and clogged sediment filters, even after changing with top of the line GE filters EVERY WEEK! Clean work! I would highly recommend! Thank you, Brad and team!!!

He carefully explained the type of water we had and what was the best solution was for it after reviewing our water test we had done independently. His pricing was competitive, and he was quick and professional. We are so happy with our water now thanks to Maines Best Water!
