Once he showed up he did a good job, but he forgot about my appt and did not call, and then he was not truthful about the cost, He did not include dumping fee in his pricing.

Frank is very well prepared for handyman work. He is prepared from the standpoint of experience and also from the standpoint of equipment. He is very well prepared. Frank will be my first call for any future handyman needs.

Hired to install a inside door. Original plan was to just hang a door that fit in the original frame. In the process Frank took the old frame off , then put it back in, and finally hung a new door in the old frame. The old frame was left with fresh nail holes and gaps, looking worse than it was if he had left it untouched. And the new door did not fit correctly. It made contact with the door frame on two sides and dragged on the carpet. I considered asking him to come back and fix his mistake, but I was afraid he would make things worse. I had to go get a planer myself and shave off three sides of the of the door, so it fit correctly. I will have to get paint to cover up the nail holes and paint over the gaps he left. I wasted $300 on hiring this man. I will never do it again.

Frank was awesome, he made sure that what I wanted was installed correctly. He even covered my fireplace with material he already had and did not charge me extra. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very courteous. However it seemed that he didn't manage his time efficiently, which I would expect for someone who works by the hour.

This person was cheaper then all the rest. However when he got there he charged me for the time at the store. This was after I said I could have everything at the house that was needed to do the job. He told me it was no big deal to pick the stuff up at the store with me. What he did not say way, no big deal...Icharge extra for my time at the store. My bad.
