I highly recommend Mainstream Airworks for any of your HVAC needs! Mauricio has vast knowledge of HVAC systems and quickly diagnosed my system and provided me with multiple solutions based on my budget. He impressed me so much, and I quickly realized he was not trying to upsell me anything and gave me honest options from good, better, to best! I trusted him and decided to have my old unit replaced since is was almost 13 years old and I do not regret it. Although I have not received my new light bill yet, I do notice my house was much more comfortable and my AC unit did not have to work so hard to keep the house cool. He even followed up soon after with a call to check on how my system was running and even came by to do a quick inspection and system tweak based on my personal cooling needs. Let me tell you, I have had AC issues on and off for the past couple of years and I have talked to many technicians, but this guy is simply one of the best!

Mauricio was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things I did not need. He asked me what I was looking for and made a recommendation and what brand and model to go with for my outside condenser. He showed up on time and completed in a timely manner.

Very helpful by trying to understand my heater problem over the phone 1st, and then came to my house to diagnose, discussed with me for all possible scenarios and provided options, finally came again to do the repair on the gas valve per our agreement, problem solved, reasonable price too, will definitely hire again if needed.

One of our 3 home A/C units was not keeping our home cool as the warm weather was increasing. We called Mainstream Air Works in Sugar Land. The Owner called us back and scheduled a visit for the next morning. After a thorough testing and review of our A/C system,Mauricio reviewed several options including repair and replacement of our 14 year old A/C system. Mauricio answered all our questions in detail and provided Manufacture and pricing options. The next day I received a detailed quote on the top three manufacturers with several options. The quote was professionally presented with a complete detail list of all work to be performed inside, outside and additional upgrades. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. We replaced the entire system with more efficient condenser, furnace and coil. In the end, the work was professional executed at every stage. We are Very confident to recommend them and will use Mainstream Air Works when our other A/C Units have to be replaced. . Well our A/C unit stopped cooling at our Son's home, but we knew who to call. Our previous experience with Mainstream Air Works was outstanding and we were again very pleased with the thoroughness of the diagnosis, our options provided and the replacement. The crew members were very experienced and had the replacement unit replaced quickly (from inside), while being careful, courteous and respectful of our home. Mainstream Air Works did a fabulous job again and I highly recommend them for their very high quality and very competitive pricing.

Firstly, I do not write reviews. Secondly, I am very particular. Now, this company was great in every respect. I replaced both a 5 ton and 3 ton AC compressors and coils with Trane units. I know what to look for and I watched every activity. Every joint was meticulously sweated. Every wire harness replaced and carefully connected. Units completely flushed with nitrogen before vacuuming and refrigerant replacement. The crew members were multi-year experienced and expert in their work and they were careful, courteous and respectful of our home. I have replaced units before over the years in this home and these men and this company far exceeded the quality of prior highly qualified firms that I have worked with in the past. Mainstream Air Works did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them. By the way, their pricing was very competitive.
