Rod did a job for us twice first the dryer in our basement in January of 2019, and then in June for our air conditioner to replace a capacitor in our air conditioner. He is good, great to talk to, and we will keep him on our list in case we need any repairs.

The timer on my washer wasn't advancing. Rod said it was due to my sink being stopped up where the washer hose was draining. The machine's sensor detected the high water level in the sink and prevented the water from draining. I was given very useful information for future maintenance of my washer in a courteous and professional manner, and only charged the $65 service fee. Although Rod arrived late due to a previous emergency appointment, I can appreciate this company's dedication to quality service. I must also acknowledge Veronica, who scheduled the appointment...she is the ultimate in customer service. I will recommend Mainstream Appliance Express to everyone.

Appointment was easy to schedule online and he showed up on time (20 minutes early actually). It was done quickly and came with a 1 year warranty on parts. No complaints.

After 7 years of using Service Magic this is ONLY contractor that i would not recommend.Asked $215.00 to replace igniter ($15.49) and and timer ($25.00) total off less than $40.00. Worst thing of all is that they fail to provide any type of Invoice until called back and bring it. So shortly my advise is DO NOT HIRE!!!

I recommend Mainstream, The Dispatcher(Veronica), and The Refridgerator repair Man (Rod). Are two very Profesional business people, Right on time within 15Mins. I also got a good price and they cared, and did not try and cheat me out of my money. I know one thing, If I ever have anything Electrical I am going to cal Mainstream fiirst, Plus I also received a wriiten Warranty.

They were unable to properly assess the needs of my dishwasher after several visits over 2 months. After recommending a new $200 motor, I ended up replacing the entire dishwasher.
