No-nonsense, straight shooting, trustworthy expert advice and service. Steve layed out costs in an efficient and transparent manner by breaking down parts and labor components of the price. He was a third off of every other estimate on labor, and from my calculations, he priced parts at cost. I called because my gas boiler was filling with water, I got several pretty outrageous estimates from a few of the larger local plumbing companies. He doesn't have an answering service, or ten trucks running around town, but he is a great plumber (who answers his phone) that I will most definitely call in the future.
