Needed some grab bars for the shower, work needed to be done quickly due to situation. They contacted me right away, Anne Marie was very helpful on the phone and with e mail. Daniel was very flexible in when he could come out to my house. He gave me a fair estimate and work was done very promptly, very happy with them

They made a difficult life-change easier with their professionalism and compassion. Daniel installed both a chair lift and front-door ramp. He was always prompt and solved any problems that came up. AnnMarie (the contact person at the company) quickly responded to any questions we had). We were so pleased with the work we are in the process of planning a fully accessible first floor bedroom/bathroom addition using their services. I would give them my highest recommendation.

It was wonderful working with Nick, and Mobility 101. From the first email, to the absolutely perfect installation, every part of this experience was terrific. Nick was instantly responsive to all questions and concerns, and took a lot of time and trouble to make sure I understood everything (even a driveway demo of the chairlift!). He was on time for each of our meetings, and the project was completed on schedule. Ky, the installer, had a couple of staircase challenges, which he managed beautifully. I am thoroughly happy with the product, and the kind people who I worked with. I would recommend this group to anyone.

My wonderful new lift was obtained through a 'Rebuilding Together' program. Daniel came to my home to assess what would be needed and to prepare an estimate. Immediately after doing so, he called to say, "I think we can do this" under the maximum amount allowed. And he did! The installation was timely and efficient. The lift runs perfectly! And I can tell that Customer Care will be outstanding. I received a call right after installation encouraging me to call if I had any questions or a problem of any kind. This is a great company!

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! F- for the GRADE. This company has FAILED me numerous times- 75 NO CALLS/NO SHOWS. Its been over 2 YEARS and the job is still not completed. Washroom/tub/fireplace is NOT WORKING, nothing is working. The OWNER-Dan Laniosz always COMPLAINS, LIES, and DECEIVES. He COMPLAINED about TRAVEL, he DUMPED all of his DEBRIS on my front lawn. Its been HEADACHE after HEADACHE and PROBLEMS. These guys are NOT PROFESSIONALS, they are inconsiderate and DECEIVERS. I have spent over $15,000 and NOTHING WORKS. I am a Graduate/MBA student professional and this company is the worst company I ever HIRED. BAD EXPERIENCE!! 0 STARS/F-/0 STARS

Daniel and his crew are very industrious, polite and neat and do beautiful workmanship. My husband and I were very pleased with the ramp they built us so he would have a good access route to his home. They were also very timely in getting the job done which was very important, because Tom did not have a way out or into the home until the ramp was done. The ramp is absolutely beautiful. They even did a little landscaping around the ramp after building. Thank you guys and Cynthia, too, for a job well done!

Daniel and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I chose them to build a handicap ramp at my mothers home and appreciate them working with my family to accomodate her needs. We are all happy with the finished project and will use them again in the future. Last year Mainstreet Accessibility installed a dumbwaiter (small elevator) in my house. I did get other estimates but Mainstreet spelled out the job in detail and I had them do the job. Great people to work with, on time and the work was quality. I would have know problem referring them to a friend. One to five stars I would give Mainstreet Accessibility five stars.

Daniel of Mainstreet Accessibility is conscientious about his work, informed about the regulations surrounding installation of equipment for the handicapped and city codes. He is true to his word and contract, about times and charges. The quoted price for the job was very reasonable and the charges for the extras I requested later very fair. Mainstreet Accessibility is an excellent company to do business with and I will use them again if needed.
