Maintenance-Free Gutters LLC

Skip Pitts was hired in October and paid in advance for his services. He never completed the project, although he cashed the check immediately. We have been trying to get the money refunded for months without success. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

My house is only 5 years old, but had the roof leaking in two places when it snowed. Both leaks were where bathroom exhaust fans penetrate the roof. Skip knew exactly what the problem was after I explained it on the phone, and came out a couple of days later to fix the problem. His quote on the phone is exactly what he charged me. In addition, he looked for other trouble-areas on my roof and sealed them up for no additional cost. I'd highly recommend him. He's very patient and does a great job explaining the problem, and how he's going to fix it.

The work as far as I know hasn't been completed yet because of the major snowstorm. Skip had started the work but wasn't finished when the snow hit. Everyone has been impressed with him thus far and would highly recommend him.

Skip made the entire process incredibly easy. He gave us a quote that was much lower than other roofing contractors and that actually included more services! He was professional and friendly with my toddler who was fascinated by Skip's ladder and wanted to watch him climb up on the roof. Within one week of getting our price quote, the work was complete! Skip did more than expected for repairing our roof leak by inspecting other roof systems and repairing/replacing them without additional cost. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

Skip was very knowledgable and very kind. He was the first one to call and provided the lowest estimate. He completed the project quickly and with quality workmanship. I recommended him to my entire block after the wind storm, and two of my other neighbors have since used his services. We all are very happy with his services and would recommend him over anyone. Blackadar came and provided a higher estimate and didnt even stop by to discuss it with me when they knew I was home, they left and sent it via email. A neighbor also asked him to stop by for an estimate and he never came back to do so.

I was not sure at first on using the service I got call right away and I would call him back to do it again I was very happy with the warranty he gave.

I worked with Skip who was quick to get to my house and get an estimate done. The estimate was electronic and included pictures of what needed to be completed. Once I decided to move forward, he was available to get the work done. Excellent job!
